    A contract is formed through appointment booking, written confirmation, or use of the services.
  •  Pricing & Payment:
    Prices are communicated transparently.
    Payment is made in cash, by bank transfer, or as agreed.According to Art. 10 of the Swiss VAT Act, NewStep Multi Services is not subject to VAT.
  •  Liability:
    Services are provided to the best of our knowledge and ability. No liability is assumed for decisions or actions taken by clients.
  • Data Protection:
    Personal data is handled confidentially and processed in accordance with Swiss data protection laws.
  •  Final Provisions:
    Swiss law applies.
    Place of jurisdiction is the Canton of Zurich.
